PawSox Still Lead Yankees, 3-2 After Four
The PawSox have upped their lead to 3-2 over the Scranton/Wilkes Barre Yankees after four innings at McCoy.
Scranton tied the game at 1-1 on a Justin Masterson wild pitch plating Justin Christian in the third.
Pawtucket scored two more in the bottom of the frame on a two-run homer by Jeff Bailey, his 15th of the year.
In the top of the fourth Scranton scored an unearned run off Masterson on a two out error by PawSox second baseman Joe Thurston.
Through four Masterson has thrown 66 pitches, 42 for strikes. He has struck out two and walked one. He has also hit a batter.
